Okay, so thank you all for saying Happy Birthday!! I had some cake with the Peace Corps people and I got flowers, so it was all good. So, Buffy started yesterday. Sigh. Why am I not in America again?? And hey Kelly, if you send me tapes, I'll send you money for postage, you know that right? :) Ahhh, Buffy.... Maybe I'll sneak around and read the transcript. No, I can't do that, that would be bad. It would spoil everything. But I want....
I had a dream last night, or rather 6am and it was really odd. It involved my old roomate Laura (and thanks Laura for the comment!), except it wasn't her. Like it was, but the appearance was of this woman who is on this Russian-dubbed Spanish soap-opera that I watch with my host-family. Anyhow, it was a great dream, we were living in this house and I had to leave, so I borrowed a book and I came back and she had the house all decorated for christmas with a new couch and lights everywhere. There were also the kids from the soap opera coming up and hugging me. I didn't want to wake up.
I'm really realizing how much Charmed is like Buffy. Like, it is really, really like a cheesey Aaron Spelling version of Buffy. Not that I don't like Charmed, because it's all good, but how many themes do they have to make the same? And I can't even understand half of it, because it's dubbed, but it is too similar not for me to notice...
Anyway, got stuff to do. Hope you all had Buffy fun and I am soooo jealous!
