I believe that Chapter XLVII is about meditation. How else can you do the things specified. So, let’s talk meditation. In my case, I like to meditate, but finding the time is difficult. The last time I really did it well was in undergrad – I studied at this Tibetan Buddhist temple, which sounds fancier than it was. But the chanting and the guided meditations were good for me, and really calmed me down.
What about you all?
Without opening your door,
you can open your heart to the world.
Without looking out your window,
you can see the essence of the Tao.
The more you know,
the less you understand.
The Master arrives without leaving,
sees the light without looking,
achieves without doing a thing.
