Last week I only lost a half pound for the weight loss contest, and so a couple things have started happening. The first is that I was really disappointed but looking for better ways to lose weight. The second was that my trainer took it as a personal affront and told me I needed to do 30 minutes of cardio four times before I saw him again. Since then, I did 60 minutes twice and 30 minutes once. I hope that’s good enough. I’m exhausted.
The problem is, I’m not sure if I still lost anything. I’m doing well on the diet, but the pounds are stubborn right now. I would really like to win and up until now, I’ve been in second place. In any event, this being skinny thing is hard work. It might be better to just be a bit chunky.
