This is really onl good hot and fresh, but it is made of awesome when it is.
- cauliflower pieces (boiled or steamed)
Crack eggs in a bowl, add flower until it’s a nice batter, but not too thick. Dip steamed (or boiled) cauliflower pieces in the batter and fry in a hot, oiled pan until crispy and brown. Eat as soon as possible since limp cauliflower is no one’s friend.
