My neighbor and I just got some presents in the mail from our friendly electric company. And by presents, I really mean bills.
For my one-bedroom apartment, I am paying $190 this month to keep my apartment at a "slightly chilly" temperature. However, my neighbor has me beat at $320 for his one-bedroom. No really, $320. It probably has something to do with getting his wall torn out, but even my "cheaper" temperature is three times more expensive than the $45 I was paying in July.
Anyone else have sticker shock?
